The 1st week of August we went camping for 6 days with the Spooner family! My sister Michelle also joined us for 2 days with all her kids. We had tons of fun surfing, reading books, stand up paddling, watching surf movies outside and eating lots of yummy food. The biggest thing this trip is Layne learned to surf! Got up on her 1st try! Photos will be coming soon. My friend Beth had an awesome camera so she has all the good photos of surfing and fun!

Tide would get so high that we wouldn't have a beach for a few hours. So this was perfect for Layne's naps on the beach!
