Layne's 6th year at the Menehune Contest down in La Jolla. Christian's 7th and final year since you have to be 15 and under to participate. We made another fun weekend out of it staying in Del Mar two nights.
Layne got first place out of 7 girls in her heat, she is going to the finals! Christian got 3rd in his first heat going to the semi-finals, of course he wouldn't take a photo!
